It is with great pleasure that we are able to announce the latest addition to transatlanticbrews.com; our brand new casual, off-the-cuff “TV Series”.
Here’s the concept:
In keeping with the namesake of our website, TA Brews TV is a transatlantic beer sharing experience. In a nutshell, Ryan and I share a beer over the web, streaming the show live on blab.im. While you can easily watch live using your twitter profile over on our Blab profile, the show will also be made available on our YouTube channel for catch-up retrospectively.
Being live, you can expect to enjoy some unfiltered beer sharing shenanigans with some great beers and stories along the way. While this devil-may-care approach won’t be the slickest, most polish piece of beer TV you’ll find on the internet – we like to think it makes for a more authentic, honest approach to furthering your craft beer enjoyment.
The first two episodes are available to watch below in all their unedited glory. We hope you enjoy them, and we look forward to raising a glass with you in the next episode over at blab.im/TABrews or on our YouTube channel. Cheers!
TA Brews TV – Episode One: Brewdog Hardcore IPA & Dogma
In this episode, we share two BrewDog beers, and one of them is a little mysterious; featuring a Tesco label, we suspect the “Tesco/Brew Dog American Double IPA is a re-branded Brew Dog Hardcore IPA. Also on show is the “Dogma” – a revamped take on a traditional Scottish classic, the wee heavy.
Episode Two: Black Market Rye IPA & Innis & Gunn White Oak Wheat Seasonal
Episode 2, and the first to be streamed live on Blab. In this episode, we enjoy an aromatic seasonal offering from Innis & Gunn enhanced with bergamot and blood orange – alongside a delightful IPA from California-based Black Market Brewing Co.
